There are two ways to do this
Option 1
- Firstly when you visit our page, you can click on login at the top of the page in order on create account if you are a first-time customer on our website.
- If you are a returning customer you just have to login in at the top of the page.
- Once done, you will automatically see the Home Page of the website and all the browsing options. If you would like to shop for a particular product after browsing, you simply click on the “shop” button.
- Please specify the quantity and product type you prefer then click “Add to Cart” option. After you have added an item you may “continue shopping” until you are ready to complete your purchase.
- At any time, you can click on “Your Cart” at the top of the screen to view the items you have selected.
- Feel free to make any changes and updated the quantities as desired, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on “Checkout” to finish.
- You will then need to fill a form for address and billing information then go through the payment process.
- You can at this point choose where to pick up your order either at our Warehouse at Providence, our Capital City office, or shipped to Praslin/La Digue.
- Don’t worry all transactions are safe and secure. Finish by clicking “Confirm Order.” You will get a confirmation email in your inbox afterwards.
- Within 24 to 48 hours you will receive an SMS notification from us, advising you to pick up your order.
Option 2
- You can also opt to go and do your shopping straight away.
- After browsing, simply click on the “shop” button.
- Please specify the quantity and product type you prefer then click “Add to Cart” option.
- After you have added an item to cart, you may “continue shopping” until you are ready to complete your purchase.
- At any time, you can click on “Your Cart” at the top of the screen to view the items you have selected.
- Feel free to make any changes to your purchase and update the quantities as desired.
- Once done, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on “Checkout” to finish.
- You will then need to fill a form for address and billing information then go through the payment process.
- At this point you can register to create an account, or click login if you are a returning customer.
- You can at this point choose where to pick up your order either at our Warehouse at Providence, our Capital City office, or shipped to Praslin/La Digue.
- Don’t worry all transactions are safe and secure. Finish by clicking “Confirm Order.” You will get a confirmation email in your inbox afterwards.
- Within 24 to 48 hours you will receive an SMS notification from us, advising you to pick up your order.
- Due to Covid restrictions and challenges in reaching every home in Seychelles, our home delivery service is currently suspended until further notice.
- Praslin and La Digue customers will continue to have their orders shipped to their respective island.
- We are pleased to inform you that we have opened up a pick-up depot in Victoria (Next to the Intelvision Office at Capital City).
- You can also pick up your order from Providence Warehouse
- Our opening hours are 8.30 am to 4.30 pm daily. 9am to 12 noon on Saturdays. The pick-up point in Victoria is closed on Saturdays. We remain closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
- Deliveries to shops on Mahe, Praslin and La Digue remain operational.
We strive to maintain continuous availability of goods for our online store, however in view of high volume of sales for particular products and if another customer buys the remainder stock of your item before you make your purchase, the item will be reported as unavailable when you go to checkout.
You can update stored information in your account at any time. To view or change your existing account information including password, please sign in to “My Account” using your current e-mail address and password. In “My Account” you can edit any of your saved account information.
You can check your order history online in the ‘My Orders’ link of your account. All of the details regarding these purchases will be conveniently stored for you in an organized listing.
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, and paid for we cannot modify the order. If you wish to cancel your order, you may contact us between Monday and Friday 9am – 4pm but we will only be able to process a refund after 3-4 days.
All prices listed are inclusive of Value Added Tax if applicable.
We require an email address so that we can email you for your order confirmation and for any future information with regards to new product availability or promotions.
If your goods remain boxed and unopened you may return them within 2 working days along with your invoice for a full refund on the price of the product(s) returned.
If the product(s) are damaged or the box has been opened or tempered with, we reserve the right not to accept the products back and this is why we recommend all customers to thoroughly inspect their goods upon collection. If there are any damages or missing product within 24 hours of receiving your order please notify us immediately by contacting 4418813 Monday and Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm. All refunds will be issued when goods have arrived back to our warehouse and have been inspected by us.
We will make necessary arrangements with the Ferry Services so that we can deliver your order to your respective Island. You will have to make necessary pick-up arrangements once the order has reached your end. We will however notify you through SMS of the ferry schedule once you order has been handed over to the ferry.
We are a wholesale company, all of our products are sold in bulk at wholesale price.
Our warehouse is based as Providence, behind the Intelvision office. Our town office, is at the Capital City building next to the Intelvision office in town.

All monetary transactions made to this Site are safe and secure
Unfortunately you cannot track your order, as we have a pick-up system. Once your payment has been received, you will receive a receipt confirming the transaction by email. Within 24 to 48 hours we will notify you by SMS to pick up your order.
For the purpose of pick-up of orders, we open between:
Providence Warehouse – Opening Hours: 8.30 am to 4.30pm on Weekdays and 9am to 12 noon on Saturdays.
Capital City office – Opening Hours: 8.30 am to 4.30pm on Weekdays. Saturdays – Closed.
We are closed on Sundays and public holidays. For the purpose of online transactions you can do that any time at your leisure.
All necessary health protocols are in place upon pick up. You are requested to wear your mask and sanitize your hands, whilst picking up your goods. All of our staff wear their masks at all time. Kindly observe social distancing whilst picking up your order.
